Failed Regime offensive
The Regime offensive that was launched on Bashqwy, Handartain and Rityan villages has failed. In summary, the Regime have lost Rityan and al-Mallah area (Ard al-Mallah, al-Mallah Farms, Arab Salloum and al-Usamat).
The Regime lost around 300 fighters in this offensive, 49 surrendered to Rebels and the rest were killed. However, the Regime still resisting in Handartain trying to stay in control, while Rebels around to cut the supply line from Bashqwy village.
The lost of al-Mallah area gave the Rebels a strong chance to prevent the Regime’s plan to besiege the City. Rebels ended up in the outskirts of Handarat village after retaking al-Mallah, if they will be able to retake Handarat village, this will push the Regime toward the Central Prison and will clearly destroy the Regime’s plan to besiege Aleppo City.
